About Riding with Fullington

Fullington offers daily scheduled departures from Central Pennsylvania to end point destinations in Pittsburgh, PA; Buffalo, NY; Wilkes-Barre, PA; Harrisburg, PA, Scranton, PA, Philadelphia, PA, Elmira, NY and New York City, NY. We also offer seasonal weekend travel from Penn State to NYC, Philadelphia & Long Island and back. Please review the frequently asked questions below. If you have a question that isn’t covered, please contact us.

  • Email sales@fullingtontours.com with a description of the lost item. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for a response.

  • You may reschedule to the next available time for a $20 fee.

  • Tickets for scheduled service are good for the date and time of departure as listed on the ticket. Certain fare types allow for a date/time change; however, the change bus is made PRIOR to the departure.

  • Saver Fare (most common) 1 carry-on item, 1 bag/suitcase under the motorcoach
    Flex Fare 1 carry-on item, 2 bags/suitcases under the motorcoach
    Extra bags under the motorcoach are $20.00 each with a max total of 3 per person
    Oversized items must follow correct guidelines with the possibility of extra fees

  • Tickets are sold on a variety of platforms and across different operators. Some operators need a hard copy for their process whereas others are fully digital.

  • Children under 12 cannot, under any circumstance, ride the motorcoach without an accompanying adult.

    Children age 12 through 16 may travel alone under the following conditions only:

    • with an adult fare ticket purchased in person at the bus terminal (no online tickets); AND
    • with an Unaccompanied Minor Form, which must be completed at the originating ticket-selling agency and signed by a parent, guardian or custodian.
    • A $5.00 fee is charged for each Unaccompanied Minor Form.
  • Only ADA service animals that are trained to perform tasks or work for the benefit of a passenger with a disability will be allowed to travel. We recognize that emotional support/therapy animals may be beneficial to some passengers, however, these animals are not considered service animals under the ADA and will not be permitted to travel.

  • Tickets may not be purchased over the phone.  You may purchase a ticket online or by visiting a terminal or ticket agent.
