About Fullington Charter & Tour Services

Whether you choose to take one of our pre-planned tours or have us charter your custom trip, Fullington Trailways is deeply committed to safety, comfort and service. Please review the frequently asked questions below. If you have a question that isn’t covered, please contact us.

  • Food and non-alcoholic beverages are both allowed. We ask that you clean up after yourself with the garbage bags provided. Glass bottles are prohibited.

  • Trips, which include the use of alcoholic beverages in the vehicle’s passenger area, must be approved prior to departure and require a $200 refundable deposit. Glass bottles are prohibited. Under no circumstance will alcohol be provided or furnished by Fullington Trailways. All individuals consuming alcohol must be age 21 or older. Fullington drivers reserve the right to intervene if issues arise due to alcohol consumption and, if safety is compromised, may contact local authorities to have the passenger(s) removed from the vehicle.

  • Standard amenities such as a restroom and air conditioning are available on all full-sized coaches. Other amenities are available on some units and are subject to availability. These amenities include such as Wi-Fi, seatbelts, and 110v outlets.

  • It depends on your itinerary. Federal law prohibits drivers from exceeding 10 hours of driving. We can still accommodate your trip, but we may need to add an additional driver to get you safely to your destination.

  • Yes – customers are responsible for the reservation and payment of the driver(s) accommodation.

  • Items such as parking & fees, and gratuity are generally not included in the quote. If you have questions speak to your sales coordinator at the time of booking.

  • Fullington does not directly offer travel insurance. We’ve partnered with USI Travel Insurance Services to offer a plan designed with our travelers in mind. Visit my.travelinsure.com/uma/fullingtontours to learn more, get a quote, and enroll.

  • Email sales@fullingtontours.com with a description of the lost item. Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for a response.
