How to Submit a Request

If you’re seeking a donation or sponsorship, we invite you to complete the request process by following these steps:

Please complete our online form with as much detail as possible to help us better understand your organization and how we can support your mission.

Upload a Formal Request on Organization Letterhead

Be sure to include your official request on your organization’s letterhead. This document should outline:
– A brief overview of your organization
– Details about your event or initiative
– Specific needs or items you’re requesting
– The impact our support will have on your community

Waiting Period

Once submitted, our team will look over your request and let you know the decision made. Please allow up to 2 weeks for a response.
