Tour Terms & Conditions
EFFECTIVE ON ALL TOURS DEPARTING AFTER 1/1/20
When taking a tour with Fullington Trailways, it is important to review and be aware of all policies to ensure a safe, enjoyable, smooth ride for all. Use the links below to skip to specific topics.
Deposits & Payment
All deposits are due one week (7 days) after a reservation is made, unless the date of the trip is within that time period, then payment in full is required at time of reservation. Confirmations will be sent upon booking. Passengers will not receive additional invoices or reminders for tours in the mail or on-line. Please take note of your tour’s payment due date upon booking. When sending payment via the US mail, please include a note specifying the tour, date and name(s) of passengers. Credit card payments are accepted online, in person or over the phone and subject to a convenience fee. Receipts for credit card payments will be forwarded via mail or email. Receipts for other forms of payment will be sent via email or upon request.
Please note: Some tours may require higher deposits and/or different schedules from above. In these instances, a notation will be made on the confirmation/invoice. Fullington Trailways, LLC reserves the right to change published pricing in the event the costs to Fullington Trailways, LLC are adjusted by the attraction or venue. If payment is not received within the above described time periods, Fullington Trailways reserves the right to cancel or reassign seating for the tour in question, without notice.
Cancellations
Please allow 2-3 weeks for refund processing. Cancellations should be made during regular office hours (M-F, 8am-5pm) when possible. Some tours may have exceptions to below. This information will be outlined on the confirmation/invoice. If Fullington Trailways cancels a tour due to lack of adequate bookings, a full refund will be issued in the same form of payment.

Please note: Fullington reserves the right to deem some trips as non-refundable based on demand of ticket venue. These instances will be communicated upon booking and reflected on confirmation/receipt.
Alcohol, Smoking & Behavior
Conduct for Tour Passengers
We reserve the right to refuse to transport a person who is considered objectionable, such as:
- A person believed to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs.
- Exhibits an incapability to take care of him/herself.
- Causes public inconvenience, annoyance or alarm, or recklessly creates a risk such as fighting, unreasonable noise, obscene language or gestures.
- Exhibits hazardous or offensive action or behavior.
- Refuse to comply with any lawful rule or regulation of Fullington Trailways, LLC.
